What to expect during your bespoke haircut appointment
We'll sit down and talk. What do you love about your hair? What are your challenges? What's your daily routine? We'll analyse your hair's texture, density, and growth patterns.
Settle in at the basin for a relaxing wash and scalp massage with premium Natulique products. The kettle's on, the door is closed, and the next two hours are yours.
Mel will execute your cut with masterful precision — working with your face shape, hair density and growth patterns to build a shape that grows out beautifully.
Optional toner, a professional blow-dry, and a short product chat so you can recreate the look at home — no extra trips to the salon to "fix it" later.

A precision cut covers consultation, wash, cut, blow-dry and styling. Re-Shine & Re-Fresh ($145) adds a clear toner for lasting shine and smoothness — ideal between full colour appointments to refresh tone and lock in condition without committing to colour.
Yes. Mel cuts straight, wavy, curly and coil hair, and is one of a small group of certified Roò curly cut specialists in Sydney. If you have curly or textured hair, you may want to book the Roò Curly Cut instead — it's a separate technique designed for your curl pattern.
