As a private, one-on-one studio, appointments fill up quickly. To ensure you get your preferred time, I recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. For evening and Saturday appointments, booking 4-6 weeks ahead is advisable.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We kindly request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We are located in a private studio at Level 11, 61-63 Market St, Sydney NSW 2000, right in the heart of the Sydney CBD.

This depends on the service. A Roò Curly Cut can take up to 2 hours, while complex colour services may take 3-4+ hours. We believe in artistry, not speed. We will never rush your service and will give you a time estimate when you book.
